摘要
目的探析血液标本采集的时间、部位、溶血、送检时间对检验结果的影响。方法将2018年1月-2019年5月入院进行血液标本采集的110例患者随机分为A、B两组,两组患者的血液标本采集时间、部位、溶血与送检时间均不同,比较两组患者的血液检验结果差异。结果 B组检验结果准确性分别为92.73%,显著高于A组的78.18%(P <0.05);B组葡萄糖、尿酸、钠与肌酐水平低于A组,氯、钾水平高于A组(P <0.05);B组乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydro-genase,LDH)、肌酸激酶同工酶(creatine kinase isoenzymes,CK-MB)水平与A组相比较低,而肌酸激酶(creatine kinase,CK)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotrans-ferase,AST)水平则显著高于A组(P <0.05);B组胆红素、钾、钠及氯水平明显低于A组(P <0.05),尿酸水平高于A组(P<0.05)。结论血液标本的采集时间、部位、溶血及送检时间的不同均会影响患者的生化检验结果。因此,临床上还要对血液标本采集流程进行规范,以提高血液标本检测的准确性。
Objective To explore the influence of blood sample collection time, location, hemolysis and submission time on test results. Methods 110 patients admitted to hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 for blood sample collection were randomly divided into two groups A and B, the blood sample collection time, location, hemolysis and submission time of the two groups were different, and the blood test results of the two groups were compared. Results The accuracy of the test results in group B was 92.73%, which was significantly higher than 78.18% in group A(P < 0.05);the glucose, uric acid, sodium and creatinine levels in group B were lower than those in group A, and the levels of chlorine and potassium were higher than group A(P < 0.05);the levels of lactate dehydro-genase(LDH) and creatine kinase isoenzymes(CK-MB) in group B were lower than those in group A, while creatine kinase(CK), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotrans-ferase(AST) levels were significantly higher than group A(P < 0.05);the bilirubin, potassium, sodium and chloride levels in the group B were significantly lower than group A, and uric acid levels were higher than group A(P < 0.05). Conclusion The different time of blood sample collection, location, hemolysis and sending time will affect the biochemical test results of patients. Therefore, in order to improve the accuracy of blood sample detection, it is necessary to standardize the blood sample collection process.
