摘要
超高压压滤机的工作原理是在压滤脱水过程结束后停止进料,再进行隔膜压榨,进一步降低滤饼含水率。福建某高岭土公司出于清洁生产的需要,采用XZGF100/1000-UK型超高压压滤机对高岭土矿浆进行深度脱水,并开展了生产条件试验。结果表明,在进浆压力1.5 MPa、进浆时间45 min、二次压榨压力4 MPa、压榨时间25 min条件下,325目(44μm)滤饼水分在22%以下,超细滤饼水分在24%以下,取得了良好的试验效果。
The working principle of ultra-high pressure filter press is to stop feeding after the end of the press dewatering process and then press the diaphragm to further reduce the moisture content of the filter cake.In order to meet the needs of clean production,Fujian kaolinclay company used XZGF100/1000-UK type ultra-high pressure filter press to conduct deep dehydration of kaolin slurry,and carried out production conditions test.The results showed that the moisture content of the 325 mesh(44μm)filter cake was lower than 22%and that of the ultrafine filter cake was lower than 24%under the conditions of the grouting pressure of 1.5 MPa,the grouting time of 45 min,the secondary pressing pressure of 4 MPa and the crushing time of 25 min,and good experimental results were obtained.
