摘要
通过开放式问卷调查、深入访谈,构建了硕士毕业生职业成熟度的初步模型;并通过对问卷调查所获得的数据进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,对硕士毕业生职业成熟度模型进行了修正和验证,最终构建成硕士毕业生职业成熟度的二阶十二因素模型,即,硕士毕业生职业成熟度可分为职业选择能力、职业选择态度和职业选择知识三个维度,职业选择能力又可分为职业自我认知能力、职业探索能力、职业目标定位能力、职业决策能力和职业问题解决能力,职业选择态度分为职业自信、职业独立性、职业主动性、职业灵活性和职业抗挫性,职业选择知识则分为专业知识和职业世界知识。该模型具有纵向与横断、动态与静态相结合的特点。
A preliminary career maturity model for the master’s graduates was built by using open questionnaires and in-depth interviews.Through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,the career maturity model of master’s graduates was revised,and a second-order eleven-factor model of career maturity of master’s graduates was finally constructed.The career maturity of master’ s graduates can be divided into three dimensions:career selection ability,career selection attitude and career selection knowledge.Career selection ability can be divided into career self-cognition ability,career exploration ability,career goal orientation ability,career decision-making ability and career problem-solving ability.Career selection attitude is divided into career self-confidence,career independence,career initiative,career flexibility,career frustration.Career selection knowledge is divided into professional knowledge and career knowledge.The model had the characteristics of combining vertical and horizontal,dynamic and static.
