摘要 修井作业在煤层气排采过程中扮演着极其重要的角色。依据是否产液,将井下故障分为Ⅰ类故障和Ⅱ类故障。其中Ⅰ类包括断脱,卡泵,煤粉包裹凡尔,卡泵特别容易辨认,而断脱与煤粉包裹凡尔则需要通过示功图的形状判断;Ⅱ类包括泵效低与液面不降,这两个问题需要回顾排采历史,分析具体的排采数据才能得出。作业前需合理编写修井方案,布置标准化作业井场,配齐所需工具,并由专人验收。作业时要严格按照方案和规范进行。如井下砂面位置较高,除砂时优先考虑捞砂,其次是冲砂。作业后恢复标准化排采井场,低冲次运行,逐步恢复到合理的排采制度。 Workover plays an important role in the process of coalbed methane drainage.According to whether liquid is produced or not,downhole faults are divided into classⅠand classⅡ.Among them,classⅠincludes break off,card pump,coal powder wrapped valve,and stuck pump is easy to identify,while break off and coal powder wrapped valve need to be judged by the shape of indicator diagram;classⅡincludes low pump efficiency and no drop of liquid level,which need to review the drainage history and analyze the specific drainage data to get.Before operation,the workover plan shall be reasonably prepared.The standardized well pad shall be arranged.The required tools shall be provided,and the acceptance shall be conducted by a specially assigned person.The operation shall be carried out in strict accordance with the scheme and specifications.If the position of sand surface is high,sand bailing is preferred,followed by sand flushing.After the operation,the standardized well site will be restored,the low impact operation will be carried out,and the reasonable drainage system will be gradually restored.
