摘要
目的探讨老年股骨粗隆骨折患者在常规护理基础上实施持续性护理,对其肢体功能及髋关节活动度的影响。方法选择2017年2月-2019年6月本院收治的股骨粗隆骨折的老年患者92例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与实验组两组,每组各46例。对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施持续性护理联合常规护理,对比两组肢体和髋关节功能恢复情况、住院及骨折愈合时间、护理质量。结果实验组肢体屈曲角度、内外旋角度以及外展活动度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组髋关节功能恢复优良率较对照组高,住院以及骨折愈合时间较对照组短,护理质量得分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年股骨粗隆骨折患者采用持续性护理联合常规护理可有效改善患者肢体功能和髋关节功能,缩短骨折愈合时间,同时其护理质量相比于常规护理更高。
Objective To explore the effects of continuous nursing on the basis of routine nursing on limb function and hip mobility of elderly patients with femoral trochanteric fracture.Methods 92 elderly patients with femoral trochanteric fracture admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:control group and experimental group,46 in each.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received continuous nursing combined with routine nursing.The functional recovery,hospitalization,fracture healing time and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Results The limb flexion angle,internal and external rotation angle and abduction activity of the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of hip function recovery in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the time of hospitalization and fracture healing was shorter than that in the control group,and the score of nursing quality was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing combined with routine nursing could effectively improve limb function and hip function of elderly patients with femoral trochanteric fracture,shorten fracture healing time,and the quality of nursing is higher than routine nursing.
