摘要
江阴职业技术学院基于学院"现代班组长"人才培养理念,紧紧围绕江阴及周边地区经济社会发展和转型需求,开展专业导师制背景下学生创新创业能力培养的探索与实践。通过对高职学生创新创业教育现状的分析,指出了导师制背景下学生创新创业能力培养的原则和思路,探索采用创新创业型导师队伍建设、创新创业意识培养活动和创新创业实践平台构建等培养举措,开展学生创新创业能力的培养实践。实践证明,导师制背景下融合专业教育的学生创新创业能力培养,能有效地提升学生的专业技术水平和创新创业能力。
Jiangyin Polytechnic College based on its"modern team leader"talent cultivation concept,closely focuses on the economic and social development and transformation needs of Jiangyin and surrounding areas,explores and practices students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability cultivation under the background of professional tutorial system.Through the analysis of the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education of higher vocational students,point out the principles and ideas of cultivating students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability under the background of tutorial system,and then explore and adopt such cultivation measures as the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship tutor team,the cultivation activity of innovation and entrepreneurship awareness and the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform to carry out the cultivation practice of students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability.The practice had proved that the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students under the background of tutorial system can effectively improve their professional technology level and innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
