摘要
用偶联剂KH570对四种不同中药渣(CMR),杜仲中药渣(EUCMR)、鱼腥草中药渣(HCCMR)、葛根中药渣(PRCMR)、艾纳香中药渣(BBCMR)进行改性,将其作为填料与废旧聚丙烯(WPP)通过挤出造粒注塑成型的方法制备WPP/CMR复合材料。对不同WPP/CMR复合材料的加工性能、理化性能及微观形貌进行了比较。结果表明:WPP/KH570-HCCMR复合材料密度最小,WPP/KH570-PRCMR复合材料的吸水率最小,WPP/KH570-PRCMR复合材料的熔体流动速率、维卡软化温度、冲击强度、静曲强度、弹性模量等性能优于WPP/KH570-EUCMR、WPP/KH570-HCCMR、WPP/KH570-BBCMR复合材料,且PRCMR与WPP基体的共混相容性更好。四种CMR中,PRCMR填充WPP的综合性能最好,可将其用于实际生产。
Four kinds of traditional Chinese medicine residues(EUCMR,HCCMR,PRCMR and BBCMR)were modified by coupling agent KH570,and used as filler with waste polypropylene(WPP)to prepare WPP/CMR composites by extrusion granulation and injection molding.The processability,physicochemical properties and micro-morphology of different WPP/CMR composites were compared.The results show that WPP/KH570-HCCMR composites have the smallest density,WPP/KH570-PRCMR composites have the smallest water absorption,the properties of WPP/KH570-PRCMR composites are better than those of WPP/KH570-EUCMR,WPP/KH570-HCCMR,WPP/KH570-BBCMR composites in melt flow rate,Vicat softening temperature,impact strength,static bending strength and elastic modulus.Moreover,the compatibility of PRCMR and WPP matrix is better.Among the four CMR,WPP filled with PRCMR has the best comprehensive performance and can be used in actual production.
