摘要
目的观察复方三仁汤联合点阵射频治疗寻常痤疮后色素沉着及浅瘢痕的临床疗效和安全性。方法将60例入选患者随机分两组,每组30例。对照组采用点阵射频治疗,试验组在点阵射频基础上口服中药复方三仁汤。4周1疗程,疗程结束后分析两组疗效,比较面部皮损评分、不良反应及复发情况等。结果试验组有效率为70.00%,对照组为46.67%。两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组皮损评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组均未出现不良反应。两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方三仁汤联合点阵射频治疗寻常痤疮后色素沉着及浅瘢痕,取得了比单纯采用点阵射频治疗更好的临床疗效,患者满意度高。
Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy and security of the compound Sanren decoction combined with fractional radio frequency in the treatment of hyperpigmentation and superficial scar after acne vulgaris.Methods Sixty patients selected were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated only with fractional radio frequency treatment,while the experimental group was supplemented with compound Sanren decoction.The course of treatment was four weeks.Clinical efficacy,skin lesion scores and adverse reaction,and recurrence rate were evaluated after the treatment.Results In the experimental group,the effective rate was 70.00%.The effective rate of control group was 46.67%.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of skin lesions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no adverse reaction in both groups.The recurrence rate of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound Sanren decoction combined with fractional radio frequency for the treatment of hyperpigmentation and superficial scars after acne vulgaris has better clinical efficacy than fractional radio frequency treatment alone.It has higher patient satisfaction.
