摘要
以湖南中医药大学中西医结合学院2014级中西医临床医学专业本科生作为研究对象,随机挑选2个班级,分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用形成性评价教学模式,对照组采用传统终结性教学模式,通过客观结构化临床考试(OSCE),对两个组学生的基础理论知识及临床技能考核优秀率进行比较。实验组的优秀率高于对照组。学生对形成性评价教学反馈效果基本满意,采用形成性评价教学模式能够培养同学良好的学习习惯,激发同学的学习兴趣,对增强中西医结合临床课程的教学效果,提高中西医结合专业学生的临床实践能力有重要意义。
In this study,two classes were randomly selected from 2014 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine of School of the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Hunan University of Chinese Medicine.They were di-vided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group adopted formative evaluation teaching mode,while the control group adopted traditional terminal teaching mode.Through the objective structured clinical examination(OSCE),the basic theoretical knowledge and clinical knowledge of the two groups of students were analyzed the excellent rate of skill assessment was compared.The excellent rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The students are basically satisfied with the feedback effect of formative assessment teaching.Adopting formative assessment teaching mode can cultivate students'good learning habits,stimulate students'learning interests,enhance the teaching effect of clinical courses of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and improve the clinical practice ability of students majoring in integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.
