电磁场作用下典型水质参数与污垢热阻关联特性分析

Correlation between typical water quality parameters and fouling resistance under electromagnetic field

摘要 以电磁抑垢动态模拟实验台为基础,分析了磁场强度为0与200 Gs时电磁场对污垢形成过程中电导率、p H值及溶解氧3种水质参数的影响,并运用数理统计方法分析了各水质参数与污垢热阻的关联特性。对其相关分析和偏相关分析的结果表明:无论是否施加电磁场,电导率与污垢热阻的相关系数均最大,p H值次之,溶解氧最小,即电导率对换热器的污垢热阻影响显著;相比未施加电磁场的情况,电磁场处理后各水质参数与污垢热阻的关联程度有所减小。通过对电磁场处理后的污垢热阻与水质参数进行关联分析,为选取参数建立水质参数与污垢热阻之间数学模型及分析电磁抑垢机理、制定有效的防垢抑垢对策提供了实验依据和理论参考。 On the basis of the electromagnetic anti-fouling dynamic simulation experimental platform,the influence of electromagnetic field on three water quality parameters,such as conductivity,pH value and dissolved oxygen,in the process of fouling formation was analyzed,with magnetic induction intensities of 0 and 200 Gs.Moreover,the correlation characteristics between water quality parameters and fouling resistance were studied by using the mathematical statistics method.The results of correlation analysis and partial correlation analysis indicate that,whether the electromagnetic field was applied,the correlation coefficient between conductivity and thermal resistance was the largest,then was the pH value,and the dissolved oxygen was the least,that is,the conductivity had a significant effect on fouling resistance in the heat exchanger.Compared with the situation with nonelectromagnetic field treatment,the correlation degree between water quality parameters and fouling resistance with electromagnetic field was weaker.The correlation analysis between water quality parameters and fouling resistance provides a powerful theoretical basis for establishing the suitable mathematical model and exploring the mechanism of electromagnetic anti-fouling.
