摘要
目前电站锅炉吹管国际上无统一标准,国内吹管验收标准与国外先进标准相比,质量检验条文差距不大,但吹管过程控制及打靶时机选择尚有差距。为研究吹管过程控制及打靶时机选择对吹管检验结果的影响,选取2台新投产机组,进行电站锅炉吹管检验标准的确认条件试验研究。结果表明,按国内吹管检验标准吹洗合格后,冷却12 h再次启动直接打靶均不合格。为此提出了国内蒸汽吹管靶板检验的近期和远期目标。
At present,there is no uniform international standard for boiler pipe blowing in power stations.Compared with foreign advanced standards,the domestic standards for acceptance of blowpipe have little difference in terms of quality inspection,but there are still gaps in process control of blowpipe and timing of shooting.In order to study the influence of the blowpipe process control and the timing of the target selection on the blow test results,two new commissioning units were selected to conduct test study on confirmation conditions of the boiler blow test standards.The results show that,after qualified blowing according to the domestic blow pipe inspection standard,the direct target shooting was unqualified after cooling for 12 h.For this reason,the short-term and long-term goals of domestic steam blown pipe target inspection were proposed.
