摘要
基于因子分析法和熵值法以省级为单位建立可再生能源配额分配模型,确定资源禀赋、经济水平、输电能力及环保意识4个指标对模型的影响程度,采集大量相关信息和数据,运算得到配额分配指标权重和各省相应的配额指标值,最后在分析我国各省区实际情况的基础上利用SPSS软件做实证分析,给出合理的可再生能源配额分配目标和建议,以促进可再生能源发展。
Based on factor analysis and entropy method,this paper establishes a renewable energy quota allocation model at the provincial level,and determines the influence degree of resource endowment,economic level,transmission capacity and environmental awareness on the model,and collects a large amount of relevant information and data.The calculation obtains the weight of the quota allocation index and the corresponding quota,index value of each province.Finally,based on the analysis of the actual situation of each province and region in China,the SPSS software is used for empirical analysis,and the reasonable renewable energy quota allocation goals and suggestions are given to promote the development of renewable energy.
