摘要
运用热流固耦合的方法对板壳式换热器波纹板片进行了力学特性分析,并通过实验对分析结果进行了验证。研究表明:该波纹板片在流体入口位置附近等效应力达到最大,总变形较大的位置处于板片中心区域,板片厚度的增加能够提高板片强度,模拟分析结果与实验结果具有良好的吻合性,通过实验验证了模拟的有效性。
The mechanical properties of the plate-and-shell heat exchanger’s corrugated sheets were analyzed by means of thermal fluid-solid coupling method and the analysis results were verified by experiments.The research showed that,the equivalent stress near the fluid inlet position of the corrugated plate reaches the maximum,and the position with large total deformation is in the central area of the plate.The increase of the plate thickness can inprove its strength.The simulation analysis results are in good agreement with the experimental results.The effectiveness of the simulation was verified by experiments.
