摘要
目的观察双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合肠内营养(EN)对机械通气患者营养状况及免疫调节的影响。方法选择我院98例行机械通气的患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组49例。对照组给予EN治疗,治疗组在EN治疗基础上加用双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,1.5g/次,3次/d。比较两组患者治疗前后血红白蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(Alb)、前白蛋白(PAB)、外周血T淋巴细胞数、免疫球蛋白水平及机械通气时间、ICU住院时间。结果治疗后,两组患者Hb、Alb、PAB、CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、IgG、IgA、IgM水平均有所上升。与对照组相比,治疗组患者Hb、Alb、TP、CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、IgG、IgA、IgM水平均显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗组患者机械通气时间[(4.6±1.2)d]、ICU住院时间[(11.3±4.8)d]均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片能够改善机械通气患者的营养状况,同时改善患者免疫功能,缩短患者机械通气时间及ICU住院时间。
Objective To investigate the effects of Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablet on nutrition and immune regulation in patients undergoing mechanical ventilation.Methods Ninety-eight patients undergoing mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into treatment group(n=49)or control group(n=49).The treatment group was treated with Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablet(1.5g,tid)on the basis of routine enteral nutrition treatment,while the control group was given routine enteral nutrition treatment alone.The levels of hemoglobin(Hb),human albumin(Alb),prealbumin(PAB),CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+,IgG,IgA and IgM,the length of ICU stay,and mechanical ventilation time were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of human Alb,Hb,PAB,CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+,IgG,IgA and IgM in the treatment group were higher compared with those in control group(all P<0.05).The length of ICU stay[(4.6±1.2)d]and mechanical ventilation time[(11.3±4.8)d]in the treatment group were lower compared with those in the control group after the treatment(all P<0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablet treatment can improve the immune function and nutritional status in patients undergoing mechanical ventilation.
