摘要
为了避免锅炉在运行过程中由于停炉所导致的企业经济效益损失,应用煤粉锅炉智能云平台实现锅炉运行数据的远程监控,可及时发现锅炉运行问题并高效排查事故,从而保障锅炉安全稳定运行。运用无线4G网卡配合Gate Manager数据服务器和Site Manager远程网关设备,针对煤粉锅炉远程数据采集与煤粉锅炉专家诊断系统数据分析进行研究。根据实际工况,确定系统的网络构架,筛选出最佳的远程控制方案,通过远程监控得到锅炉运行的实时与历史数据,并对数据进行分类管理。远程监控实施方案由硬件构架、数据存储、数据分析系统3个部分组成;系统调试及程序编写主要包括硬件设备安装、设备调试、数据分析程序等方面;选用长期运行的典型锅炉进行分析诊断,测试程序BUG及功能实践,同时根据试验结果优化数据分析程序。结果表明:云平台控制中心已完成移动4G网络支持下的神东各站锅炉房运行数据远程监控,实现了毫秒级别的远程控制,实施了远程调试与维护、远程故障自诊断、远程操控、远程加密等一系列关键技术;数据中心的数据分析可实现实时在线监测系统设备的运行状况并提前判断故障隐患,优化了锅炉运行能耗。
In order to avoid the loss of enterprise economic benefits caused by boiler shutdown during operation,the intelligent cloud platform of pulverized coal boiler is applied to realize remote monitoring of boiler operation data,which can timely discover boiler operation problems and efficiently troubleshoot accidents to ensure safe and stable operation of the boiler.The wireless 4G network card is used in conjunction with the GateManager data server and SiteManager remote gateway equipment to study the remote data acquisition of pulverized coal boiler and the data analysis of pulverized coal boiler expert diagnosis system.According to the actual working conditions,the network architecture of the system is determined,and the optimal remote control scheme is screened out.The real-time and historical data of boiler operation obtained through remote monitoring are classified and managed.The remote monitoring implementation scheme consists of three parts:hardware architecture,data storage and data analysis system.System debugging and programming mainly include hardware equipment installation,equipment debugging,data analysis procedures,etc.The representative long-running boiler was selected for analysis and diagnosis,program bugs and functional practices were tested,and data analysis program was optimized according to test results.The results show that:the cloud platform control center has completed the remote monitoring of boiler room operation data of various stations in Shandong supported by 4G mobile network,realized the remote control of millisecond level,and implemented a series of key technologies such as remote debugging and maintenance,remote fault self-diagnosis,remote control and remote encryption.The data analysis of the data center realizes the real-time on-line monitoring of the running status of the system equipment and determines the potential trouble in advance,and optimizes the running energy consumption of the boiler.
