摘要
目的观察分析优质护理干预应用于老年冠心病患者中的效果。方法2018年3月-2019年3月我院接收冠心病老年患者100例。根据双盲原理将所有患者分为对照组与观察组,对照组与观察组各50例。两组患者治疗措施相同,对照组辅助展开常规护理服务,观察组应用优质护理干预模式。对比分析不同护理措施取得的效果。结果护理后两组患者心功能指标与心绞痛发作频率均改善,观察组患者改善效果优于对照组,检验数据P<0.05,符合统计学意义;统计两组患者护理满意度,对照组为82.0%,观察组为96.0%,检验两组患者数据P<0.05,具有统计学意义;所有患者护理前HAMD评分和HAMA评分无统计学意义,护理后两组患者各项指标均改善,观察组患者两项指标改善效果优于对照组,检验数据P<0.05,符合统计学意义;分析两组患者各项生活质量指标评分,观察组均高于对照组,检验数据P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论为冠心病患者提供优质护理干预,可提高护理质量的同时,有助于纠正患者不良情绪,改善临床症状,提高生活质量,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To observe the effect of quality nursing intervention in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods From March 20 to March 2019,we received 100 elderly patients with coronary heart disease.All patients were divided into control group and observation group according to double-blind principle,and 50 cases in control group and observation group.The treatment measures were the same in both groups,the control group assisted in the development of routine nursing services,and the observation group applied the quality nursing intervention model.Compare and analyze the effects of different nursing measures.Results After treatment,the cardiac function index and the duration and duration of angina pectoris were improved.The improvement effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.The test data was P<0.05,which was statistically significant.The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared.The group was 82.0%,and the observation group was 96.0%.The data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pre-treatment HAMD score and HAMA score were not statistically significant.All the patients in the two groups improved after treatment.The improvement effect of the two indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group.The test data was P<0.05,which was statistically significant.The scores of life quality indicators of the two groups were analyzed.The observation group was higher than the control group,and the test data was P<0.05.Statistical significance.Conclusion Providing quality nursing intervention for patients with coronary heart disease can improve the quality of care,help to correct the patient’s bad mood,improve clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,and have higher clinical application value.
