摘要
目的对早期康复护理在医院老年心血管患者的护理中的临床效果进行分析研究。方法我院于2016年4月至2018年4月间收治104例心脑血管患者,将他们作为本次研究的对象,将患者分为两组,即对照组、实验组,两组患者人数相等,均为52例,对照组患者使用常规的护理方式,而实验组患者以常规护理为基础予以早期康复护理,比较对照组和实验组患者的生活质量、恢复情况和对护理人员的满意度。结果对照组患者的生活满意度、健康指数和情感指数均明显低于实验组患者(P<0.05);实验组患者发的恢复情况明显优于对照组患者的恢复情况(P<0.05),且实验组患者的治疗显效率为80.8%,对照组患者的显效率只有55.7%,实验组患者具有比较明显的优势(P<0.05);实验组患者对护理人员满意度高达88.5%,而对照组患者对护理人员的满意度只有75%,对照组患者及其家属满意度明显低于实验组患者及其家属的满意度(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理在医院老年心血管疾病患者的护理中,患者的恢复速度明显提高,生活质量得到一定的改善,临床效果显著,具有推广价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of early rehabilitation nursing in the care of elderly cardiovascular patients in hospitals.Methods A total of 104 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease were treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018.They were included in the study and divided into two groups,the control group and the experimental group.Equally,all were 52 patients.The control group used routine nursing methods,while the experimental group received early rehabilitation care based on routine nursing.The quality of life,recovery and satisfaction of nursing staff were compared between the control group and the experimental group.Results The life satisfaction,health index and emotional index of the control group were significantly lower than those of the experimental group(P<0.05).The recovery of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 80.8%,and the effective rate in the control group was only 55.7%.The experimental group had obvious advantages(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was as high as 88.5%.The satisfaction of the patients in the group was only 75%,and the satisfaction of the patients in the control group and their families was significantly lower than that in the experimental group and their families(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing in the elderly patients with cardiovascular disease care,the recovery rate of patients is significantly improved,the quality of life has been improved,the clinical effect is significant,and has a promotion value.
