摘要
胃癌的发生受到多种因素的影响,例如环境、饮食、遗传和感染等,其病因尚未完全阐明。致癌因素的持续作用可打破机体基因组的稳定,使得原癌基因与抑癌基因失衡,最终导致细胞持续增殖而诱导肿瘤的发生。炎症可促进组织损伤的修复,还可诱导产生炎性细胞因子风暴,进而影响肿瘤的发生发展。细胞因子是一类具有多种生物学活性的小分子蛋白质,通常通过与相应的受体结合来调节细胞的生长、增殖和分化并参与调节机体的免疫反应。炎性细胞因子与肿瘤的关系是肿瘤免疫学研究的重要内容,特别是在胃癌中,炎症和肿瘤免疫逃逸关乎胃癌的发生、进展以及预后。然而,人们对细胞因子在胃癌的发生、发展过程中的作用尚未完全认识。因此,本文将从经典的细胞因子与新兴的细胞因子家族综述其与胃癌发生发展间的联系,以期为胃癌的免疫学诊断及判断预后提供依据,为肿瘤治疗提供新的方向。
The occurrence of gastric cancer is affected by many factors,such as environment,diet,heredity and infection.The etiology of gastric cancer has not been fully elucidated.The continuous effect of carcinogenic factors can break the stability of human genome,make the imbalance between oncogene and anti-oncogene,and finally lead to the continuous proliferation of cells and induce the occurrence of tumor.Inflammation can promote the repair of tissue damage,induce inflammatory cytokine storm,and then affect the occurrence and development of tumor.Cytokines are a class of small molecular proteins with a variety of biological activities.They generally regulate cell growth,proliferation,and differentiation by binding to corresponding receptors,and participate in regulating the body's immune response.The relationship between inflammatory cytokines and tumors is an important part of tumor immunology research.Especially in gastric cancer,inflammation and tumor immune escape are related to the occurrence,progression and prognosis of gastric cancer.However,the role of cytokines in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer has not been fully understood.The full text reviewed the relationship between the cytokines,which ranged from classical cytokines to emerging cytokine families,and the development of gastric cancer.Our work was aimed at providing a basis for the immunological diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer,and proposing a new direction for cancer treatment.
