侧卧位InterTan内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的体会 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨InterTan髓内钉治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的体会。方法:采用侧卧位InterTan内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折42例。结果:本组均获平均10.5(6~20)个月随访,切口均一期愈合,1例出现下肢深静脉血栓,无骨折再移位、内固定松动失效等。术后9个月随访时按髋关节Harris评分系统评定(91.8±2.8)分。结论:使用InterTan内固定治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折,具有创伤小、恢复快、骨折愈合率高、术后患肢功能优良率高、术后并发症少的优点。
