摘要
以金钗石斛为材料,采取水提法提取鲜、干石斛的抗氧化成分.在新鲜石斛干制比为5∶1的情况下,使用清除DPPH自由基、螯合Fe2+、清除超氧自由基能力的3种测定抗氧化活性的方法,同时对最后得到的数据进行差异显著性分析,并测定了抗氧化活性的IC50.结果 表明,鲜、干石斛水提物抗氧化活性无显著性差异,但在同一水提物质量浓度下,鲜条金钗石斛水提物清除DPPH自由基和超氧自由基的能力,以及螯合Fe2+的能力都要强于干制金钗石斛水提物.同时,3种方法测定的鲜条金钗石斛的抗氧化活性IC50均小于干制金钗石斛水提物.说明鲜条石斛水提物的抗氧化活性高于干制石斛水提物.
In this paper,it had used the gold hair pin caulis dendrobii for the experimental materials,adopts the water extract of fresh,dry caulis dendrobii antioxidants.Use removing DPPH free radicals,chelating Fe2+,removing superoxide free radical ability of three ways to determinatiing the antioxidant activity,and determinating the oxidant activity of IC50.The results showed that under the same concentration of aqueous extract,the abilities of removing DPPH free radicals,chelating Fe2+,removing superoxide free radical of fresh gold hair pin caulis dendrobii were more than the ability of dried gold hair pin caulis dendrobii.At the same time,the determination the oxidant activity of IC50 of fresh old hair pin caulis dendrobii was less than dried gold hair pin caulis dendrobii.This implies that the oxidant activity of fresh old hair pin caulis dendrobii was batter than dried gold hair pin caulis dendrobii.
