摘要
针对航母舰载机舰面保障方案多指标一致性检验的冗杂性以及多专家决策差异性问题,提出改进的G1序关系法,通过梳理影响舰载机保障方案效能评价的决策因素,构建舰载机舰面保障方案效能评价指标体系。采用基于群组判断的序关系法确定指标权重,通过引入Kendall W和Kendall Tau-b(K)协调系数降低不一致性决策对评价结果的扰动性。针对客观数据量化评价的问题,采取灰色关联度分析法进行保障方案择优。最后通过仿真案例应用,对多种保障方案进行对比分析,确定最优保障方案,验证了该方法的可行性。
Aiming at the complexity of multiple indicators consistency check of carrier aircraft support mission scheme and the difference of expert decision,an improved order relation method was proposed.By carding the factors affecting the support effectiveness of the carrier aircraft,the index system of the aircraft carrier aviation support program was constructed.The order relation method based on group judgment was used to determine the index weights,and the Kendall W and Kendall Tau-b(K)coordination coefficients were introduced to reduce the disturbance of multi-expert evaluation decisions.For the problem of quantitative evaluation of objective data,the gray relation analysis method was adopted to select the scheme.Through the comparative analysis of various support schemes,the optimal support scheme was given,and the feasibility of the method was verified.
