摘要
目的:分析甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年8月收治异位妊娠患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例。常规组实施MTX治疗,治疗组在MTX基础上联合米非司酮治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果:治疗组治疗成功率显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者血β-HCG水平及恢复正常时间均显著优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用MTX联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠患者临床效果显著,同时还可以改善临床指标水平。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of methotrexate(MTX)combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:From January 2018 to August 2019,70 patients with ectopic pregnancy were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with MTX.The treatment group was treated with mifepristone on the basis of MTX.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The treatment success rate of treatment group was significantly higher than routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).β-HCG values in blood and recovery time in the treatment group were significantly better than in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of MTX combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy is remarkable and it can also improve the routine index level.
