摘要
目的探讨对门诊输液室行静脉输液的患者实施优质护理管理干预的价值。方法选取该院2018年2月-2019年3月收治的200例静脉输液的门诊病患为研究对象,将患者随机分成两组,即观察组与对照组每组,各100例,对照组采取常规护理管理干预模式对静脉输液患者进行干预,而观察组则予以静脉输液患者实施优质护理管理干预,比较两组患者一次穿刺成功率及护理质量。结果观察组行静脉穿刺时,一次性穿刺成功率为95.00%,明显要比对照组83.00%的成功率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对静脉输液护理工作人员护理操作、护患沟通、疼痛干预、需求满足的护理质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对行静脉输液的患者,输液期间予以患者实施优质护理管理干预,可保证穿刺顺利进行,并提高护理质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the value of high-quality nursing management interventions for patients undergoing intravenous infusion in outpatient infusion room. Methods 200 outpatients receiving intravenous infusion treated in our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely, observation group and control group, each with 100 cases in each group, and control group with routine nursing management intervention model was used to intervene intravenous infusion patients, while the observation group gave intravenous infusion patients to implement high-quality nursing management interventions, and compared the success rate of one puncture and the quality of care in the two groups of patients. Results When the venipuncture was performed in the observation group, the success rate of one-time puncture was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.00%)(P<0.05). The quality of care scores for communication, pain intervention, and need satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion For patients undergoing intravenous infusion,high-quality nursing management intervention for patients during the infusion can ensure the smooth puncture and improve the quality of care, which is worth popularizing.
