模拟氮沉降对桢楠幼苗生长的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Simulated Nitrogen Deposition on the Growth of Phoebe zhennan Seedlings

摘要 以一年生桢楠幼苗为试材,采用室内模拟方法人为喷施0、5.7、11.4、19.0、38.0 g·m^-2·a^-1 NH4NO3分别标记为CK、T1、T2、T3、T4,研究氮沉降对桢楠幼苗生长影响及综合评价分析,以期为桢楠的育苗生产提供参考依据。结果表明:桢楠株高、地径、叶面积、根、茎、叶干质量和总生物量均随着氮浓度的增加呈先增加后降低的趋势,值排序为T3>T4>T2>T1>CK,比叶重、根冠比呈现先降低后增加的趋势,比叶重排序为CK>T4>T1>T3>T2,根冠比排序为CK>T2>T4>T1>T3,各处理组均差异显著,根、茎、叶干物质分配比例和含水率除根以外均在T3处理下最高;总根长,根尖数、根表面积,总投影面积,根系总体积,平均直径均呈现先增加后降低的趋势,各处理组均差异显著。在苗木质量评价中T3处理下苗木的质量最佳,T4次之。综上所述,各氮浓度处理下的生长指标均显著差异,均在T3(19.0 g·m^-2·a^-1)处理下生长最好。 Taking the annual Phoebe zhennan seedlings as the research object,artificial spraying of NH4NO3 in the form of NH4NO3 using indoor simulation methods was conducted at 0,5.7,11.4,19.0,38.0 g·m^-2·a^-1,respectively labeled as control(CK),T1,T2,T3,T4,to study the effects of nitrogen deposition on the growth of Phoebe zhennan seedlings and comprehensive evaluation analysis,with a view to providing theoretical basis for the seedling and production of Phoebe zhennan.The results showed that the plant height,ground diameter,leaf area,root,stem,leaf dry weight and total biomass of Phoebe zhennan showed an increasing trend followed by a decreasing trend with the increase of nitrogen concentration T3>T4>T2>T1>CK,the specific leaf weight and root to shoot ratio showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing.The specific leaf weight was ranked as CK>T4>T1>T3>T2,and the root to shoot ratio was ranked as CK>T2>T4>T1>T3.There were differences in each treatment group significantly,the dry matter distribution ratio and water content of roots,stems,and leaves were highest under T3 treatment except for roots;the total root length,the number of root tips,the root surface area,the total projected area,the total root volume,and the average diameter all increased first and then decreased,and the treatment groups were significantly different.In the quality evaluation of seedlings,the quality of seedlings under T3 treatment was the best,followed by T4.In summary,the growth indexes under different nitrogen concentrations were significantly different,and all grew best under T3(19.0 g·m^-2·a^-1) treatment.
