操舵仪检测平台中舵机运动模拟装置设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 操舵仪检测平台用于陆基条件下检测操舵仪性能,对于操舵仪的研发调试及检修具有重要意义。以往在搭建操舵仪运行环境过程中,多采用小型液压系统装置来模拟舵机运动。由于装置占地大,易漏油造成环境污染,且舵机启停时间、舵速等参数固定不可调,在实际使用中具有一定局限性。论文设计了一套更为便捷实用的舵机运动模拟装置,利用步进电机驱动舵角反馈机构形成反馈舵角,同时可采集操舵控制信号模拟操舵仪随动控制过程。该舵机运动模拟装置目前已用于新型操舵仪检测平台,成为搭建操舵仪运行环境过程中不可缺少的部分。 The platform is used to test the performance of the steering instrument under land-based conditions,which is of great significance for the research,development,debugging and maintenance of the marine autopilot.In the past,small hydraulic system is used to simulate the motion of steering gear in the process of setting up the operating environment of steering gear.As the device covers a large area,it is easy to leak oil and cause environmental pollution,and the starting and stopping time,rudder speed and other parameters are fixed and cannot be adjusted,it has certain limitations in practical use.In this paper,a more convenient and practical rudder motion simulator is designed,which uses stepper motor to drive the rudder angle feedback mechanism to form the feedback rudder angle.The motion simulator of the steering gear has been used in the new type detection platform for marine autopilot.
