摘要
小檗碱是中药黄连的主要有效成分,具有调节糖脂代谢、抗肿瘤、抗炎以及心脏保护等多种药理作用,临床常用于糖尿病及其并发症、代谢综合征、癌症、心血管系统疾病等多种疾病的治疗。近年来研究发现,小檗碱可以通过调节DNA甲基化、组蛋白乙酰化和甲基化及非组蛋白的乙酰化等发挥其药理作用,提示表观遗传修饰可能是小檗碱多种药理作用的分子机制,对其进一步深入研究有助于阐明小檗碱药理作用的新靶点和新机制。
Berberine,which is the main active ingredient of Coptis chinensis,has been found to have multiple pharmacological effects,including the regulation of the metabolism of glucose and lipid,anti-inflammation,anti-cancer,and cardiac protection.Berberine has been used clinically for diabetes and its related complications,metabolic syndromes,cancers,cardiovascular diseases and other diseases.In recent years,it has been reported that berberine′s multiple pharmacological activities involve a variety of epigenetic changes,such as methylation of DNA,methylation and acetylation of histone and acetyla⁃tion of non-histone.These findings imply that epigenetic modification may be the important molecular mechanism of berberine′s pharmacological actions.Further research on pharmacoepigenetic effects of berberine will help to elucidate the new drug target and applications.
