摘要
就业形势日趋严峻,为了使学生更好地就业,如何开展大学生就业指导工作已成为重要一课。当前高校的就业指导多数停留在理论授课阶段,就业指导形式单一,就业工作队伍建设薄弱,缺乏创新性,难以提升学生的参与热情和重视程度。本文基于SMART原则,提出大学生就业指导的可行路径。通过对学生的就业指导,帮助学生树立正确的就业观念,提升学生的综合素质,实现学生的顺利就业。
The employment situation is becoming increasingly severe.In order to make students better employed,how to carry out employment guidance for college students has become an important lesson.At present,most of the employment guidance in higher colleges stay at the theoretical teaching stage.The form of employment guidance is single,the construction of the employment workforce is weak,lack of innovation,and it is difficult to enhance the enthusiasm and attention of students.Based on the principle of SMART,this article proposes a feasible path for employment guidance for college students.Through the employment guidance for students,help students establish the correct employment concept year,improve the comprehensive quality of students,and achieve the smooth employment of students.
