基于环境友好的煤矸石制备新型缓释陶粒中铁的缓释性能研究

摘要 以煤矸石替代黏土、页岩为主要原料生产陶粒,干燥温度(290±10)℃,干燥时间2 h,添加磷酸氢二钾为缓释钾肥,混合后烧制出煤矸石缓释陶粒。研究表明,磷酸二氢钾浓度30 g/L,焙烧温度800℃,焙烧时间100 min时,陶粒的铁离子缓释性能最好,保持较高的缓释速率,并达到较高的缓释含量。电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)分析表明,煤矸石陶粒产品中含有丰富的植物生长必需元素,为煤矸石缓释陶粒利用奠定良好的条件。 It is planned to use gangue instead of clay and shale as the main raw material to produce ceramsite.The drying temperature is(290±10)℃,the drying time is 2 h,and dipotassium hydrogen phosphate is added as slow-release potassium fertilizer.After mixing,the new gangue slow-release ceramsite is fired.Studies have shown that when the concentration of potassium dihydrogen phosphate is 30 g/L,the calcination temperature is 800℃,and the calcination time is 100 min,the ceramsite has the best sustained release of iron ions,maintaining a high sustained release rate and achieving high sustained release content.The ceramsite was analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),which indicated that the gangue ceramsite product is rich in essential elements for plant growth,which will lay a good condition for the utilization of gangue slow-release ceramsite.
