摘要
目的研究海州常山(Clerodendron trichotomum Thunb.)果实即臭梧桐子中的挥发性成分。方法采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取臭梧桐子的挥发性成分,以气相色谱-质谱联用法进行分析鉴定,采用峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量。结果从臭梧桐子中共鉴定出31种化合物,占挥发油成分总峰面积的66.62%,主要含有烷烃、酯类、烯烃、醛类、呋喃类、醇类等化合物。结论臭梧桐子挥发油中含有多种有生物活性成分,为该植物资源的开发利用提供了技术参考。
OBJECTIVE To analyze essential oil from the fruit of Clerodendron trichotomum Thunb.METHODS The volatile constituents were extracted by steam distillation from the fruit of C.trichotomum Thunb.,and then analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The relative contents of individual constituents in the volatile oil were determined by peak area normalizing method.RESULTS Thirty-one compounds were identified from the fruit of C.trichotomum Thunb.,accounting for 66.62% of the total peak area of volatile oil components.The main components are alkanes,esters,olefins,aldehydes,furans,alcohols and so on.CONCLUSION The study revealed that there are avariety of bioactive constituents in the volatile oil from the fruit of C.trichotomum Thunb.,and may provide technical basis for the exploitation and utilization of C.trichotomum Thunb.
