摘要
目的:针对妊娠合并高血压患者在住院期间的人性化护理进行了总结同时对护理干预效果进行了实证分析;方法:选取我院2019年1月~2019年12月期间接诊的妊娠合并高血压患者200例,随机分成两组,每组100例患者,对照组产妇给予常规护理,观察组产妇给予人性化护理。通过一段时间护理之后,针对两组产妇的分娩方式、新生儿窒息率、血压控制情况和患者满意度进行对比分析。结果:观察组各项指标显著优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:针对妊娠合并高悬崖患者,人性化护理干预不仅可以有效地保证产妇及新生儿健康,同时可以有效控制患者血压。
Objective:To summarize the humanized nursing of the patients with pregnancy and hypertension during hospitalization,and to analyze the effect of nursing intervention.Methods:200 patients with pregnancy and hypertension received in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,100 patients in each group.The control group and observation group were given routine nursing,while the observation group were given humanity Chemical nursing.After a period of nursing,the delivery mode,neonatal asphyxia rate,blood pressure control and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For pregnant women with high cliff,humanistic nursing intervention can not only effectively ensure the health of mothers and newborns,but also effectively control the blood pressure of patients.
