摘要
目的:探讨在手术室腔镜器械处理中应用消毒供应室中心一体化管理的效果。方法:随机从2019年6月~2020年4月期间复用处置的手术室腔镜器械中挑选1200件作为研究对象,按随机数字表法随机分组为对照组与观察组。分别观察两组手术室腔镜器械的管理质量情况,并比较其器械清洗合格率、器械干燥合格率,器械包装合格率及器械功能完好率等相关指标。结果:观察组手术室腔镜器械的器械清洗合格率为97.67%,器械干燥合格率为99.33%,器械包装合格率为99.17%,器械功能完好率为99.50%,各项指标的合格率均显著高于对照组,组间存在较大差异,P<0.05。结论:消毒供应中心一体化管理在手术室腔镜器械处置中的应用具有十分显著的干预效果,不仅能充分优化并利用医院现有资源,保证手术室腔镜器械的复用处置质量,同时还能强化消毒供应中心内的团队协作能力,提高工作人员的管理效率,值得在医院工作中积极推广或应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of central integrated management of disinfection supply room in the treatment of endoscopic instruments in operating room.Methods:From June 2019 to April 2020,1200 operating room endoscopic instruments were randomly selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method.The management quality of endoscopic instruments in the two groups were observed,and the qualification rate of cleaning,drying,packaging and functional integrity of instruments were compared.Results:In the observation group,the qualified rate of cleaning,drying,packaging and functional integrity of instruments was 97.67%,99.33%,99.17%and 99.50%,respectively.The qualified rate of each index was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:Ensure the reuse and disposal quality of operating room endoscopic instruments,but also strengthen the team cooperation ability in the disinfection and supply center,which is worth accumulating in the work of the hospital Extremely popularized or applied.
