观察盆底重建术联合肌电生物反馈治疗盆腔器官脱垂的临床疗效 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察盆底重建术联合肌电生物反馈治疗盆腔器官脱垂的临床疗效。方法选择2017年2月至2018年2月于本院接受治疗的盆腔器官脱垂患者84例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为对比组和研究组,各42例。对比组实施阴式子宫切除及阴道前后壁修补术方案,研究组实施盆底重建术,并在术后3个月后对所有患者进行盆底肌电生物反馈治疗,比较两组患者手术指标、1年后盆底肌力水平变化情况以及治疗前后POP-Q分度情况。结果研究组患者术中出血量(105.37±40.87)mL、手术时间(87.31±5.10)min以及术后残余尿量(32.59±9.35)mL均低于对比组[(180.21±52.17)mL、(112.89±5.78)min、(50.86±10.24)mL],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者留置尿管时间比较差异无统计学意义;术前两组患者的POP-Q分度情况比较差异无统计学意义;术后1年,研究组患者POP-Q分度情况优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗盆腔器官脱垂中实施盆底重建术与肌电生物反馈进行治疗可使得盆底肌力水平显著恢复,与传统的治疗方案相比,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of pelvic floor reconstruction combined with electromyographic biofeedback in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse.Methods 84 patients with pelvic organ prolapse were selected as study subjects from February 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital.They were divided into the comparison group and the study group according to the different method of treatment.The comparison group was vaginal hysterectomy and anterior and posterior wall repair.The study group was performed pelvic floor reconstruction.And three months after the operation,all patients received pelvic floor electromyography biofeedback therapy.One year after the operation indexes,pelvic floor muscle strength level changes and POP-Q dividing situation before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss(105.37±40.87)mL,operation time(87.31±5.10)min,and postoperative residual urine volume(32.59±9.35)mL in the study group were lower than that in the comparison group[(180.21±52.17)mL,(112.89±5.78)min,and(50.86±10.24)mL],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in POP-Q score between the two groups before operation.One year after the operation,POP-Q score of the study group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor reconstruction and electromyographic biofeedback in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse can significantly restore the level of pelvic floor muscle strength.Compared with the traditional treatment scheme,the treatment effect is significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
