磷钼蓝光度法测定硫砷铁矿中磷的改进

摘要 硫砷铁矿中砷含量远远高于磷含量,5价砷对磷的测定干扰大,要准确测定硫砷铁矿中的磷则必须把砷进行分离除去。本试验通过硼氢化钾对砷挥发的原理将溶液中砷进行了挥发分离,并用磷钼蓝分光光度法测定了硫砷铁矿中磷。同时,探讨了5价砷对磷钼蓝光度法测磷的影响、硼氢化钾除砷的量化关系、溶液中共存离子的影响、显色酸度和显色温度在本实验中对磷显色的干扰等。试验表明:过量硼氢化钾挥发除砷结果满意,且在酸性介质中不干扰磷钼蓝光度法中磷的测定。采用本法测定硫砷铁矿中的磷,快速、准确,线性回归r为1.000,RSD(n=11)在0.58%~1.36%之间,回收率在99.0%~99.7%之间,分析结果理想。 The content of arsenic in arsenopyrite is much higher than that of phosphorus and seriously interferes the determination of phosphorus.In order to accurately determine phosphorus in arseno pyrite,arsenic must be separated and removed.In the experiment of this paper,arsenic in solution was first separated by volatilization principle with potassium borohydride and the phosphorus in arseno-pyrite was determined by phosphomolybdate blue spectrophotometry.At the same time,we discussed the effect of p-pentavalent arsenic on phosphorus determination,quantitative relationship of arsenic removal by potassium borohydride,the influence of coexisting ions in solution,the interference of acidity and temperature on phosphorus color development.Test result showed that arsenic was successfully removed by the volatilization of excess potassium borohydride,in addition,it does not interfere the determination of phosphorus by the method of phosphomolybdate blue photometry in acid medium.Determination of phosphorus in arsenopyrite by this method is fast,accurate,and the linear regression r is 1.000,RSD(n=11)is between 0.58%and 1.36%,the recovery is between 99.0%and 99.7%,and the analysis result is ideal.
