摘要
急性胸痛是临床上十分常见的症状,也是急诊科患者就诊的主要原因之一。多种疾病均可引发急性胸痛,包括心脏疾病、肺和食管等疾病。因此,鉴别胸痛原因及后续处理十分重要。心电图是临床上用于鉴别急性胸痛原因的重要方法。心电图机由一组连接到中央单元的电极组成的机器记录装置。近年来其发展迅速,从早期的模拟电子设备,信号驱动电机将信号打印到纸上,到目前的模数转换器将心脏的电活动转换成数字信号,且越来越便携。本文对近年来心电图在急性胸痛中的诊断价值进行一简要综述。
Acute chest pain is a very common clinical symptom,and it is also one of the main reasons for emergency department patients.The electrocardiograph consists of a set of electrodes connected to the central unit.In recent years,its rapid development,from the early analog electronic equipment,signal driven motor to print the signal to paper,to the current analog-to-digital converter to convert the electrical activities of the heart into digital signals,and more and more portable.In this paper,the diagnostic value of ECG in acute chest pain in recent years is briefly reviewed.
