摘要
针对车载锂离子动力电池组的特点和使用工况,对单体电池的热失控机理及车载锂离子动力电池组发生燃烧或爆炸等热事故的外在原因包进行分析与研究;最后,站到整车设计企业的视角,从电池箱的结构设计、电池组的热设计、BMS优化设计、整车匹配性设计及加强元器件及原材料的选型等方面提出避免电池组燃烧或爆炸的设计对策。
According to the characteristics and operating conditions of the li-ion battery package for vehicle,the thermal runaway mechanism of the battery cell and the external causes of thermal accidents such as combustion or explosion of the li-ion battery package for vehicle are analyzed and studied.Finally,from the perspective of the vehicle design enterprise,the design measures to avoid the combustion or explosion of the battery package are put forward from the structure design of the battery box,the thermal design of the battery package,the BMS optimization design,the matching design of the vehicle and the selection of components and raw materials.
