摘要
由于重型载重车承载力大且使用工况恶劣,导致铸造桥壳在大面螺纹孔处、垫压板旁出现开裂和连接板滑扣等故障模式,严重影响客户正常使用,同时使售后维修及索赔成本增大;文章针对铸造桥壳在使用过程中的失效模式,对原有结构进行质量改进,在原有技术及结构之上进行了优化设计,从而大大降低了铸造桥壳的故障率,最大程度的提高了桥壳的使用寿命。
Because the bearing and working conditions of heavy truck are terrible,the cast axle housing has some failure modes such as cracking at the threaded hole on the large surface and beside the cushion plate and sliding buckle of the connecting plate,which seriously affects the normal use of customers and increases the cost of after-sales maintenance and claim.In this paper,the quality of the original structure is improved according to the failure mode of the cast axle housing during use,and the original technology and structure are optimized,thus greatly reducing the failure rate of the cast axle housing and prolonging the service life of the axle housing to the greatest extent.
