摘要
对长链全氟烷酸(PFCAs)在样品前处理过程中有可能引起损失的环节进行研究,以改进前处理方法,提高回收率。结果表明,4种材质的0. 45μm过滤膜对长链PFCAs(C10-C14)存在吸附作用,但通过一定量甲醇淋洗滤膜可将长链PFCAs洗脱下来,其中醋酸纤维素(CA)滤膜效果最佳;PSD,HLB,WAX3种SPE柱对各目标物的萃取效果相似,长链PFCAs的回收率较低,实验发现目标物主要吸附于瓶壁和上样管路,可通过甲醇清洗,并将该部分甲醇用作SPE洗脱剂,能将回收率提高至75%以上。利用加标实验探究了容器内壁对PFCs的吸附情况,结果显示随着水样放置时间延长,12种目标化合物的浓度均降低,尤其长链PFCAs,8 h之后浓度由1μg/L降至仪器检出限以下。
A study on the potential loss of long chain perfluorocarboxylic acids( PFCAs) during the pretreatment was performed,which aims to improve the pretreatment strategy and enhance the recovery efficiency. The results showed that the 0. 45 μm filter membranes produced by four different materials were capable to adsorb long-chain PFCAs( C10-C14),and the adsorbate could be eluted by methanol. The elution efficiency on the cellulose acetate( CA) filter was the optimal,whereas that on the PSD,HLB and WAX SPE column was similar,which obtained a low recovery of long-chain PFCAs. It was proved that the target compounds were mainly adsorbed on the bottle wall and pipeline,and they could be eluted by methanol. Methanol was then employed as SPE eluant to extract the adsorbate. The followed assays indicated that the recovery of the long-chain PFCAs improved to above 75%. Furthermore,the recovery assays on the absorption of long-chain PFCAs on the inner wall of the container indicated that the concentration of 12 target compounds decreased with the length of storage time,especially long chain PFCAs,the concentration of which decreased from 1 μg/L to below the detection limit after8 hours.
