质量管理体系文件是保障生物样本库标准化运行的前提。ISO 20387:2018标准《生物技术—生物样本保藏—生物样本库通用要求》是全球第一个生物样本库专用认可标准,对体系文件的建设具有指导和实践作用。作者探讨了ISO 20387:2018标准文件要求内容和构架,以及其在生物样本库文件建设中的作用。应用ISO 20387:2018标准构建体系化、标准化文件模式,能够促进生物样本库质量管理体系持续改进,进一步提升生物样本库的能力和信任度,保障生物样本库健康有序发展。
Quality management system documents are the premise to ensure the standardization of biobanks.ISO 20387:2018 Biotechnology-Biobanking-General requirements for biobanking is the world’s first standard with a specialization in biobanking,it plays an important role in setting up the biobank documents.This article explores about the content and structure of ISO 20387:2018,and how it will help in biobank documents building.It helps improve the quality management system of biobank continuously,promote the capability and reliability of the biobank and guarantee the development of biobank healthily and orderly by using ISO 20387:2018 to establish a systemized and standardized documentary mode.
