摘要
提出了一种基于ABAQUS的柔性梁轮胎建模方法,在基础的柔性环模型上优化了弹簧数量。将Singlemodle分析软件用于轮胎模态试验中的模态参数处理,得到轮胎受载状态下的固有频率。根据轮胎模型受载下的理论推导,可以推断出模型中切向和径向弹簧的刚度系数。在橡胶超弹性、黏弹性及径向和切向弹簧系数的属性下采用B21线性柔性梁单元对有限元模型进行线性摄动,提取模态分析中的振型与固有频率。与轮胎模态试验的结果对比,证明了该轮胎模型的可靠与准确性,对轮胎有限元分析提供了一定价值。
This paper proposes a flexible beam tire modeling method based on ABAQUS,which optimizes the number of springs on the basic flexible ring model.Singlemodle analysis software is used for modal parameter processing in tire modal test to obtain the natural frequency of the tire under load.Based on the theoretical derivation of the tire model under load,the stiffness coefficients of the tangential and radial springs in the model can be deduced.Based on the properties of rubber superelasticity,viscoelasticity,and radial and tangential spring coefficients,a B21 linear flexible beam element is used to linearly perturb the finite element model to extract the mode shapes and natural frequencies in the modal analysis.Compared with the results of the tire modal test,the reliability and accuracy of the tire model are proved,which provides a certain value for the finite element analysis of the tire.
