摘要
通过对区域之间民营企业的差异性进行Dagum基尼系数分析和核密度的描述分析,运用时间序列数据检验了国企与民企整体耦合性的情况,并依据2006-2017年面板数据对国企增长、市场化因素影响进行了个体和时间固定效应的空间计量检验,研究发现:国企增长与民企集聚在整体上具有中度以上的耦合性;国企的高质量增长对民企具有正向的直接效应;市场化对民企发展有促进作用。最后依据结论,提出了提高国企的高质量增长、重视高质量增长时期的新要素作用等建议。
Dagum Gini coefficient analysis and nuclear density description analysis are carried out on the differences of private enterprises among regions,and time series data are used to test the overall coupling between state-owned enterprises and private enterprises.Based on panel data from 2006 to 2017,spatial econometric tests of individual and time-fixed effects on the growth and marketization of state-owned enterprises are carried out.The research results find that:the growth of state-owned enterprises and the agglomeration of private enterprises have a moderate coupling on the whole;further regression analysis finds that the high-quality growth of state-owned enterprises has a positive direct effect on private enterprises;marketization promotes the development of private enterprises.Finally,based on the conclusion,some suggestions are put forward to improve the high-quality growth of state-owned enterprises and attach importance to the role of new elements in the period of high-quality growth.
