摘要
科技金融的时代背景下,同时具备科技与金融专业知识的金融复合型人才日益受到青睐。传统金融本科专业培养模式已滞后于时代要求,有必要对金融学专业的培养模式进行创新性改革,培养符合科技金融时代要求的金融复合型人才。文章从一个金融学教育工作者的角度,对金融复合型人才的培养目标、培养途径和改革措施等方面提出了自己的拙见,意对高校金融专业本科教育注重金融复合型人才的培养提供参考。
In the context of the Fintech,the Financial Compound?Talents with technology and financial expertise at the same time are growing popularity.Traditional training mode of financial undergraduate has lagged behind the requirements of the times,there is a need to innovative reform the training mode of the finance professional,to cultivate the financial compound?talents in line with the requirements of the Fintech times.From the per spective of afinancial education workers,this paper put forward some humble opinions on the training objectives、training ways and reformm easure of the financial compound?talents,to provide some reference to some colleges and universities who focus on the training of the financial compound?talents.
