Since December 2019,a novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19)epidemic has exploded from Wuhan,Hubei, and spread rapidly to the whole world.During the outbreak of the epidemic,on the one hand, the regular use of protective equipment made the healthcare workers expose to occupational secondary skin diseases or aggravation of original skin diseases. On the other hand, the patients with chronic skin diseases home quarantined might suffer from aggravation or recurrence due to the absence of timely medical intervention. In addition, psychological problems caused by panic and anxiety during the outbreak also caused a series of skin diseases.Active discussion on how to deal with these possible skin problems during the epidemic can provide reference not only for clinical dermatologists in the anti-epidemic work, but also for other possible public health events in the future.
