摘要
延续护理是一种全新的护理方式,具有极强的优势,满足了精神分裂症患者住院护理与家庭护理之间延伸的需求。无论是在促进患者身体健康方面,还是在提升精神分裂症患者生活质量方面,延续护理均起着不可忽视的作用,对患者生活质量及生活水平的改善有重要作用,具备临床推广的意义与价值。为进一步分析延续护理在现有精神分裂症患者护理中的不足,为其他患者的护理提供有意义的借鉴,改善精神分裂患者身体健康,本文以延续护理的概念为切入点,对精神分裂患者的延续护理进行了细致的分析,借此明确精神分裂患者延续护理的内容,客观评价其效果。
Continuous care is a new way of nursing with strong advantages,meeting the needs of schizophrenia patients for extension care between inpatient care and family care.Whether in promoting patients’physical health,or in improving the quality of life of patients with schizophrenia,continuous care plays an important role both in improving the quality of life and living standards of patients,and has the significance and value of clinical promotion.In order to further analyze the deficiency of continuous care in the current schizophrenic patients’nursing,provide meaningful reference for other patients’nursing,and improve the physical health of schizophrenic patients,this paper takes the concept of continuous care as the starting point,makes a detailed analysis on the continuous nursing of schizophrenic patients,so as to clarify the content of continuous nursing of schizophrenic patients and objectively evaluate its effect.
