摘要
目的探讨小儿高热惊厥急诊处理护理中全方位综合护理干预的应用效果。方法方便选取该院2018年7-9月收治急诊处理护理小儿高热惊厥患儿总计23例设置为对照组。2018年10月该科开展全方位综合护理,将2018年10-12月另收治小儿高热惊厥患儿27例为实验组。对照两组患儿护理后平均体温、症状消失时间,护理总有效率、患儿家属对护理的满意率及随访1年患儿复发率。结果经护理干预后,实验组患儿平均体温及症状消失时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。实验组患儿护理总有效率为96.30%,明显高于对照组的73.91%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.168,P<0.05)。实验组患儿家属对护理的总满意率高于对照组,患儿随访1年内复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿高热惊厥急诊处理护理中,运用全方位综合护理干预,可明显降低患儿体温,缩短高温、惊厥症状消失时间,有效的提升护理总有效率,获得患儿家属的护理满意率,降低患儿再发,效果理想。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in emergency treatment of pediatric febrile convulsions.Methods A total of 23 children with acute febrile convulsions admitted to our hospital from July to September 2018 in our hospital were convenient selection set as the control group.In October 2018,our department launched comprehensive comprehensive nursing,and 27 children with high fever and convulsions treated in October-December 2018 were the experimental group.The two groups were compared with the mean body temperature,the time of disappearance of symptoms,the total effective rate of care,the satisfaction rate of the family members of the children to the care,and the recurrence rate of the children during 1 year follow-up.Results After nursing intervention,the average body temperature and the disappearance time of symptoms in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of nursing for children in the experimental group was 96.30%,which was significantly higher than 73.91%in the control group(χ^2=5.168,P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the children's family members in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group within 1 year of follow-up(P<0.05).Conclusion In pediatric febrile convulsive emergency treatment,the use of comprehensive comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce the child's body temperature,shorten the disappearance of high temperature and convulsive symptoms,effectively improve the total effective efficiency of nursing,and obtain the nursing satisfaction rate of the children's families,reduce the child relapse,with good results.
