按摩治疗膝关节增生性关节炎患者的效果

摘要 目的:观察按摩治疗膝关节增生性关节炎患者的效果。方法:选取180例膝关节增生性关节炎患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各90例。对照组接受常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合按摩治疗,比较两组临床疗效及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的78.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上采用按摩治疗膝关节增生性关节炎患者可提高治疗总有效率和降低VAS评分,效果优于单纯常规治疗效果。
