摘要
道德冷漠现象是变革时代的重要社会问题之一。道德冷漠是一种“故意为恶的社会现象”,它的实质既体现了人性根本恶的可能,也体现了现代制度平庸的恶的可能。从个体与社会两个维度对道德冷漠的原因进行分析,它表达了变革时代的人在私人领域与公共领域之间的角色冲突与互换。因此,矫治道德冷漠需要探寻时代的价值理想,修复社会的关系结构,完善社会的法律制度体系,培养人的基本道德能力,让人们有尊严地生活。
Moral indifference is one of the important social issues in a changing era.Moral indifference is a“social phenomenon of deliberate evil”.Its essence embodies not only the possibility of the radical evilness of human nature,but also the possibility of the evil banality of the modern society.From the two dimensions of individual and society,it analyzes the causes of moral indifference,which expresses people's role conflicts and exchanges in the private and public fields in the changing era.Therefore,the governance of moral indifference requires exploring the value ideals of the era,repairing the social relationship structure,improving the social legal system,cultivating people's basic moral abilities,and allowing people to live with dignity.
