摘要
目前天然气提氦的主要方法有深冷法、变压吸附法、吸收法和膜渗透分离法。其中深冷法技术成熟,但成本高、能耗大。膜渗透分离法具有选择性高、投资少、运行费用低等优点,是一种发展潜力巨大的提氦技术。综述了无机膜、醋酸纤维素膜、聚碳酸酯膜、聚酰亚胺膜等高分子膜的制备方法及性能;并对He分离膜的改性方法进行了总结,对膜法天然气提氦技术进行了展望。
At present,the main technical methods for extracting helium from natural gas include cryogenic method,pressure swing adsorption,absorption method and membrane permeation separation method.Among them,the cryogenic method is mature,but the cost is high and the energy consumption is large.Membrane permeation separation has the advantages of high selectivity,low investment,and low operating cost.It is a helium extraction technology with a great development potential.This paper summarizes the preparation methods and properties of polymer membranes such as inorganic membranes,cellulose acetate membranes,polycarbonate membranes,and polyimide membranes.The modification method of helium separation membrane was also summarized,and the technology of extracting helium from natural gas with membrane separation was prospected.
