摘要
目的探讨输尿管软镜与单通道经皮肾镜取石术联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗复杂性肾结石合并尿路感染的效果。方法随机抽样法选取2018年10月~2019年10月某院76例复杂性肾结石合并尿路感染患者,均行输尿管软镜与单通道经皮肾镜取石术。摸球法分组:对照组(38例)联用左氧氟沙星,研究组(38例)联用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠。比较两组疗效。结果研究组术前病原菌清除率97.37%,高于对照组78.95%(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后感染相关并发症发生率2.63%,低于对照组21.05%(P<0.05)。结论复杂性肾结石合并尿路感染治疗中应用输尿管软镜与单通道经皮肾镜取石术联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠可提升术前病原菌清除率,改善肾功能,减少术后感染相关并发症发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of flexible ureteroscopy combined with single-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy and cefoperazone sulbactam sodium in the treatment of complicated renal calculi complicated with urinary tract infection.Methods A total of 76 patients with complicated renal calculi complicated with urinary tract infection in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected by random sampling.Palpation group:control group(38 cases)with levofloxacin,study group(38 cases)with cefoperazone sulbactam sodium.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The clearance rate of pathogenic bacteria before operation was 97.37%in the study group,which was higher than 78.95%in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,serum creatinine(SCr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative infection-related complications in the study group was 2.63%,which was lower than 21.05%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined with cefoperazone sulbactam sodium and microchannel percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of complex renal calculi with urinary tract infection can improve the clearance rate of pathogenic bacteria before operation,improve renal function and reduce the incidence of infection-related complications after operation.
