摘要
目的探讨“互联网+”延伸护理在居家患儿静脉留置针风险管理中的应用。方法将2019年1月至6月小儿门急诊输液中居家使用静脉留置针的患儿600例纳入研究。实施常规护理(1~3月)的300例患儿作为对照组,应用“互联网+”延伸护理对排名前5位的高风险事件进行风险管理(4~6月)的300例患儿作为试验组,比较两组患儿静脉留置针并发症发生率、留置时间以及护理满意度。结果试验组的风险值较对照组明显下降(P<0.01),试验组静脉留置针并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01),试验组平均留置天数与护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论“互联网+”延伸护理能对静脉留置针家庭留置的患儿家长进行实时提醒、指导和培训,有效提高患儿家长的护理水平,降低居家静脉留置针风险,提高护理满意度,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the application of"Internet+"extended care in risk management of venous indwelling needles in infants at home.Methods A total of 600 children who underwent infusion through venous indwelling needles in the pediatric clinic and pediatric emergency department of the hospital from January to June 2019 and had indwelling at home were enrolled in the study.And 300 children received routine nursing from January to March were included in the control group and the other 300 children received"Internet+"extended care for risk management based on routine nursing from April to June were included in the experimental group.The incidence of complications,average indwelling time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The RISK value of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the incidence of complications was also significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The average indwelling time and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly longer/higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion"Internet+"extended care can provide real-time warning,guidance and training for patients of infants with at-home venous indwelling needles,effectively improve their nursing level,reduce the risk of at-home indwelling and improve nursing satisfaction,with clinical application value.
