读者服务规章制度建设在读者服务体系的构建中有着重要作用,是国家图书馆管理工作的重点。在国家图书馆110多年的发展历程中,其读者服务规章制度几经演化和变迁。本文对国家图书馆读者服务规章制度的相关史料进行梳理,探讨其在读者服务体系构建中所发挥的作用,旨在为进一步加强国家图书馆业务工作规章制度建设提出相关建议与思考,对当今图书馆读者服务工作带来借鉴和启发。表1。参考文献22。
The construction of rules and regulations is the key point in the management of the National Library of China,which also plays an important role in the construction of reader service system.Since the establishment of the National Library of China more than 110 years ago,its rules and regulations of reader service have evolved and changed for several times.This study summarizes and analyzes the relevant historical materials of the National Library s rules and regulations on reader service,and analyzes its role in the construction of the service system on the basis of prior analysis,aiming to put forward suggestions for further construction on rules and regulations,and bring references and inspiration to the current library s services for readers.1 tab.22 refs.
